Getting Staff Back Into The Workplace – The Future Is Hybrid

The move towards a hybrid work model presents both challenges and opportunities. To encourage employees to embrace this model, businesses should focus on strategies that foster connection, create an appealing office experience with inspiring spaces, and invest in technology. 

Leadership’s role in this transition is crucial. Clear output-based goals and a structured group and sub-group cadence seem to be the optimal way forward. Providing great spaces to work in and clear boundaries for key meeting attendance can entice employees to come back willingly.
